Yogesh Kumar Sagar, born on 15 April 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S degree in Medical Sciences from King George Medical University, Lucknow. Currently, he serves as the Director at Bihar in the Disability and Social Welfare Department, a position he assumed on 12 February 2025. Prior to this role, he held the position of Managing Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
