Yogesh Kumar, born on 18 June 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, Joint Managing Director, Deputy Development Commissioner, Joint Development Commissioner, Special Secretary, Director, Secretary, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Finance Department from 14 January 2011 to 30 June 2014.
