Yogesh Chandra, born on 15 September 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Mathematics. During his career, he served in various capacities including Registrar, Executive Director, Under Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Commissioner at Rajasthan from 1 May 1991 to 1 September 1993. He was associated with the Department of Finance.
