Yogendra Singh, an IAS officer of the 2013 Bihar cadre, was born on October 4, 1987. He holds a graduate degree from Lucknow University, an M.A. in Geography, and an M.Phil in Population and Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Currently, he serves as PS to the Minister in the Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi, since June 9, 2025. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Development Commissioner and CEO, SDO/SDM, Assistant Secretary, and Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
