Yeshi Wangmo Ringu, born on 13 August 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. She holds an M.A. in History and is currently serving as Secretary in the Excise and Taxation Department at Itanagar since 4 February 2021. Throughout her career, she has held multiple positions including Secretary and Director. She has been honored with the Arunachal Pradesh State Award (Gold Medal) for her service. Ms. Ringu continues to contribute to the administration within her cadre.
