Yerra Srilakshmi, born on 15 June 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.A. in History. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Vice Chairperson, Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Commissioner & Director, Director General, Secretary, Commissioner, and Secretary to the Government. As of 20 June 2024, she is waiting for posting. She remains in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
