Yatendra Kumar Pal, born on April 14, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Currently, he is appointed as the Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) at Saran-Chapra, a position he has held since August 28, 2024.
