Yashu Rustagi, born on July 2, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Pune University. Currently, she serves as Director at the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), New Delhi, since January 1, 2026. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Joint Magistrate, Director, Special Secretary, Vice Chairman, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Chief Development Officer, and Deputy Secretary. She is proficient in Hindi and English and continues to serve in the IAS.
