Yashpal Garg

Yashpal Garg, born on 14 November 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Accountancy, M.Com., and an M.Phil. in Accountancy from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Currently, he is the Secretary at Delhi in the Planning Department, a position he has held since 16 February 2026. Previously, he served as Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
