Yasha Mudgil, born on 28 November 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.A. in Arts from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, and an M.A. in Psychology from Delhi University. Currently, she is the Commissioner/Secretary at the Cooperatives Department, Jammu & Kashmir, a position she has held since 23 February 2026. Her previous roles include Commissioner & Secretary. Yasha is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
