Yash Pal Meena, born on April 7, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Computer Science from Delhi University. Currently, he is the Municipal Commissioner at Patna, Bihar, a position he has held since October 3, 2025. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Director, and Collector and District Magistrate. Proficient in English and Hindi, Yash Pal Meena continues to contribute to public administration in Bihar.
