Yadav Suryabhan Achchhelal, born on 22 December 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2023 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi and an M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) at Barrackpore since 23 March 2026. His previous roles include Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Assistant Magistrate, and Assistant Collector. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
