Y P Verma, born on 15 September 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Bihar cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Joint Secretary, and Additional Secretary in the Finance Department. He held the position of Additional Secretary from 1 September 1990 to 1 September 1991. His service reflects a dedicated tenure within the Indian Administrative Service.
