Y Megha Swaroop, born on September 17, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Banaras. Currently, he is appointed as the Sub Collector at Medanapalle, a position he has held since July 22, 2024. Mr. Swaroop continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Andhra Pradesh.
