Y. Kikheto Sema, born on January 1, 1967, is a 2003 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Nagaland cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is currently serving as the Principal Secretary at Nagaland. Throughout his career, he has held multiple key positions including Commissioner & Secretary, Secretary, Agricultural Production Commissioner & Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. He has been recognized with the Governor's Commendation Certificate twice. Mr. Sema continues to contribute to the administration of Nagaland in his ongoing service.
