X Anil, born on January 21, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Kerala cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Excise Commissioner, Director, Controller, Special Officer, Managing Director, District Collector, and Joint Excise Commissioner. His most recent role was Managing Director of the Kerala State Beverages (Manufacturing & Marketing) Corporation Limited (BEVCO) from November 30, 2013, to January 31, 2019.
