Wggorde, born on March 9, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Maharashtra cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Development Commissioner, Chairman, Member Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Vice Chairman & Managing Director at Maharashtra's Department of Transport.
