Waseem Ahmad Bhat, born on 25 September 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2023 batch, assigned to the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar. Currently, he serves as Assistant Collector at District Dhar since 15 April 2024. Prior to this, he has held positions as Sub Divisional Officer and Assistant Collector. He is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
