Wairokpam Punshiba Singh

Wairokpam Punshiba Singh, born on 14 December 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Mathematics from the University of Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation of Delhi since 16 February 2026. Prior to this role, he was appointed as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (HQ). Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
