W. Malemnganba Chenglei, born on November 2, 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, assigned to the Manipur cadre. He holds an M.PA and an M.Sc. Currently, he is on study leave from the Planning Department. Prior to this, he served as Special Secretary at Manipur starting December 1, 2022. He continues to be in service.
