Vyasji, born on September 2, 1956, is a retired IAS officer from the 1982 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Allahabad, and an LL.B. from the University of Patna. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Under Secretary, Deputy Development Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Transport Commissioner, Labour Commissioner, Director, Secretary, State Project Director, Project Director, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, commencing on August 31, 2013.
