Vivek Ranjan Maitrey, born on July 5, 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he is the Collector & District Magistrate at Siwan, Bihar, a position he has held since December 10, 2025. Prior to this, he has served as Collector and District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
