Vivek Pankaj, born on December 12, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as the Joint Secretary in the Fisheries, Aquaculture, Aquatic Resources and Fishing Harbour Development Department of West Bengal, a position he has held since March 10, 2026. Prior to this role, he worked as a Sub Divisional Officer. Vivek Pankaj continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
