Vivek Pankaj, born on December 12, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as the Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) at Howrah Sadar since March 23, 2026. Previously, he has held the position of Joint Secretary and Sub Divisional Officer. Vivek Pankaj continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of West Bengal.
