Vivek Pandey, born on 22 July 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.A. in Political Science from Allahabad University. Currently, he is the Commissioner at Arunachal Pradesh since 16 August 2023, working in the Transport and Agriculture Production Department. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Commissioner, Secretary, Advisor, Additional Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Additional Director, Deputy Commissioner, and Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Vivek Pandey continues to serve in the IAS.
