Vivek L. Bhimanwar, born on 24 February 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an LL.B. and an M.Sc. During his career, he served in key roles including District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, and Transport Commissioner. Most recently, he was the Chairperson of the Maharashtra Public Service Commission from 5 January 2026 to 28 February 2026. His service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Maharashtra state government.
