Vivek Kumar Modi, born on December 1, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, serving in the Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Currently, he is the Additional Deputy Commissioner at Barnala, a position he has held since February 23, 2026. Prior to this, he served as a Sub Divisional Magistrate. Vivek Kumar Modi continues to serve in the General Department of the Indian Administrative Service.
