Vivek Joshi, an IAS officer of the 1989 batch from the Haryana cadre, was born on 21/05/1966. He holds a B.E.U in Mechanical Eng from ROORKEE, a PG Diploma in Internationl Business from IIFT New Delhi, and an M.A. in Intnl Economics from the University of Geneva. Fluent in English, French, and Hindi, he has served as the Chief Secretary at the Govt. of Haryana.
