Vivek H P, born on June 5, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.E. in Telecommunication Engineering from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner of Lower Subansiri, Arunachal Pradesh, a position he assumed on December 4, 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Vivek H P continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service with a focus on administrative responsibilities within Arunachal Pradesh.
