Vivek Bhatia, born on 29 October 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Director, Sub-Divisional Officer, Deputy Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner. Since 9 October 2024, he serves as the Principal Private Secretary-cum-Special Secretary to the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
