Vivek Arya, born on 19 May 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a B.A. in English from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Currently, he serves as the Additional Deputy Commissioner cum District Citizen Resources Information Officer at Kurukshetra, Haryana, a position he has held since 15 December 2025. Previously, he has held the roles of CEO and Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer. Vivek Arya continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
