Currently serving as Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, New Delhi since April 18, 2025, he has held various key positions including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Managing Director, Commissioner & Principal Secretary, and District Collector. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Vivek Aggarwal continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
