Vishwa N Pandey, born on January 1, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Department of Rural Development, holding the position of Under Secretary from June 1, 1999, to December 31, 2000. Prior to this, he was appointed as Joint Secretary. Mr. Pandey is a graduate and has contributed to the civil service during his tenure.
