Vishwa Mohan Upadhyay, born on January 20, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an LL.B. in Law and a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Secretary, Managing Director, Rehabilitation Commissioner, Director, Additional Chief Electoral Engineer, Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and District Collector. His most recent position was Commissioner at Madhya Pradesh from January 31, 2014, to January 31, 2015, within the BC, MBC and Minorities Welfare Department.
