Vishram Meena, born on 10 December 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Rajasthan cadre. Currently serving as the Divisional Commissioner at Bikaner, Rajasthan since 25 June 2025, he has held various positions including Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and Commissioner. Throughout his career, Meena has been actively engaged in administrative roles within the state. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the governance and development of Rajasthan.
