Vishram Kumar Meena, born on 25 August 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Kurukshetra, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 19 August 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Commissioner. Vishram Kumar Meena continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
