Vishnudeo Prasad Singh, born on August 1, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Additional Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Deputy Development Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, from July 29, 2008, to August 31, 2009. Singh’s service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Bihar cadre.
