Vishnu V, born on August 4, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Production Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director & CEO at Tamil Nadu's GUIDANCE department since February 6, 2023. His previous roles include Executive Director, Officer on Special Duty (OSD), and Sub Collector. Vishnu is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Tamil. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Tamil Nadu.
