Vishesh Garhpale, born on 14 November 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bhopal University, an LL.B. from Barkatulla University, and a P.G. diploma in Investment Banking from IIM Indore. Currently, he serves as Managing Director at the M.P. Power Management Company since 18 January 2026.
