Vishal Mishra, born on July 10, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Gautam Buddh Technical University and an M.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Vishal served as Assistant Collector & Magistrate from May 11, 2019, to August 13, 2019. He is currently in service with the Indian Administrative Service.
