Vishal Kumar, born on April 2, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the Tripura cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from Delhi University. Currently, he is the District Magistrate & Collector at West Tripura District, Agartala, a position he has held since October 9, 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Vishal Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
