Vishal Khatri, born on 26 November 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). Currently, he serves as the Assistant Collector ITDP at Maharashtra, a position he assumed on 16 April 2025. Prior to this, he held the role of Assistant Collector. He is posted in the Dahanu Sub Division and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
