Vishal Bhardwaj, born on August 6, 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Lucknow University and a Master of Public Administration from the National University of Singapore. Currently, he is the Special Secretary to the Chief Minister at Lucknow, a position he has held since April 21, 2025. Vishal Bhardwaj continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
