Vipul Mittra, born on 22 July 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Gujarat cadre. He served in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, holding the position of Additional Chief Secretary. His extensive career includes roles such as Principal Secretary to Government, Development Commissioner, Secretary, Commissioner, Deputy Chairman, District Collector, and Director. He holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management, a B.A. in Economics, and an L.L.M. Fluent in Punjabi and Gujarati, Mittra contributed to various administrative capacities throughout his tenure in the Indian Administrative Service.
