Vipra Bhal, born on 17 October 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 batch, Jharkhand cadre. She holds a B.A. from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, and an M.A. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, she serves as Secretary in the Disaster Management Department, Jharkhand. Her previous roles include Secretary and Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor. Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, Vipra Bhal continues to contribute to public administration in her cadre. She is an active officer currently in service.
