Dr. Vipin Sharma, born on 25 May 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Maharashtra cadre. Currently serving as the Additional Municipal Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai since 31 August 2024, he has held multiple key positions including Municipal Commissioner, Additional Municipal Commissioner, Director General, Commissioner, District Collector, CEO, and Assistant Collector. Dr. Sharma holds an M.B.B.S. from MD University Rohtak, an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi, and an M.A. from the University of Sussex. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Punjabi.
