Vipin Kumar Jain, born on January 7, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, allocated to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine and Surgery from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate of Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since October 28, 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Special Secretary to the Chief Minister. Mr. Jain continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
