Vipin Kumar, born on 27 July 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communications and a B.Sc. in Physics. Currently serving as Chairman of the Airports Authority of India, New Delhi since 26 October 2024, he operates under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. His extensive career includes roles such as Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Resident Commissioner, Additional Resident Commissioner, Chairman, District Collector and District Magistrate, Director, and Mission Director. Proficient in English and Hindi, Vipin Kumar continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
