Vipin Chandra Sharma, born on 25 March 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Administrator, Secretary, Special Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Co-operation Department, Rajasthan, from 10 May 2012 to 31 March 2018.
