Vinod Zutshi, born on 28 February 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Botany, an MBA in Marketing Management, and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Throughout his career, Zutshi served in various capacities including Deputy Election Commissioner, Chief Electoral Officer, District Collector and District Magistrate, Divisional Commissioner, Managing Director, and multiple Secretary-level positions. His most recent role was Secretary in the Tourism Department of Rajasthan from 31 August 2015 to 28 February 2017.
