Vinod Singh Baghel, born on 13 September 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he has held several key positions including District Collector, Additional Commissioner, and Additional Secretary. Most recently, he served as Secretary at Madhya Pradesh in the SC/ST/OBC Development Corporation Ltd (SABCO) from 15 February 2013. Throughout his career, Baghel contributed to various administrative roles within the state government before retiring from service.
